@Jdilbertt

You need a Nest Aware Plus subscription to get 24/7 recording:

You can check your subscription by going to your camera in the Google Nest app and going to Settings | Nest Aware. Under Settings, is "Video recording" turned on?

I course l need help with my cameras because there are not recording 24 hours and l pay for have a good service

@Jdilbertt

Whether you get 24/7 recording depends on whether you have a Nest Aware Plus subscription, and what kind of camera you have (battery-powered cameras, for example, can only record detected events), and whether you have recording turned on.

The link I provided earlier lists what you get for each camera and doorbell.

You can check on your subscription here: https://store.google.com/subscriptions

And if you click on the subscription, you can check whether it's for the same Google Nest "home/structure" where your cameras are installed.

In the Google Nest app, you can check the subscription on an individual camera by going to Settings | Nest Aware. In the Google Home app, you can check the subscription on an individual camera by going to Settings | Video | Video history.

Here are Google Nest Help topics on accessing video history in the 2 apps:

https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9208447

https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/10904254

If none of this helps resolve your situation, you can try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
