Home cameras setup vanished from the app

All cameras were removed from my Nest account. I surely didn't do this myself.

These are just questions about what could possibly cause what you're reporting (from a fellow customer):

Have you added a new Google Nest "home/structure" in the Google Nest app? Are you connected to the "home/structure" where all of your cameras are located? Did you change your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password? Are you logging on with the same account name and password you've always logged on with? Is your Google Nest "home/structure" still present in the Google Nest app, but empty?

@edmhouston Apologize for the late reply and I'm sorry to hear about what happened to your Nest cameras. To confirm, are you using the same email address? do you have another person who has access to the Nest App?
