Duplicate device

Hi

 

I had to factory reset an arlo doorbell and add it to Google home again. There are now 2 of the same device. 

 

I have hard reset the door bell 3 times and this issues is still there. 

 

Any ideas?

Try these steps:

  • Open the Google Home app.
  • Tap Settings.
  • Tap Rooms and groups.
  • Tap the room the device was assigned to.
  • Tap the device.
  • Tap Remove device.

If those steps don't work, try these steps:

  1. Open the Google Home app.
  2. Tap your photo or initials at the top right.
  3. Tap Assistant settings.
  4. Tap Devices.
  5. Tap the device.
  6. Tap Unlink this device.
