I have had for several years one lamp in google home that is turned on by "Gentle Wake up" to control it sequentially through my home automation system Control4 the rest of the house. now since a few months it is not working properly. Once Google turns the lamp off (through a goodnight scene) then I can't turn the lamp back on at 100% without having to do that 3 times in a row. If I don't do this fast enough then the lamp just goes back to 0%. i have already tried this with several types of lamps. (Control4, Shelly and Hue) Unfortunately this has no difference.
I was able to solve it a few times by deactivating the Gentle Wake Up and then activating it again, but unfortunately this no longer works.
I use a Lenovo alarm clock and a google nest hub but with both the problem persists when I start using it as an alarm clock.
Now I have taken the bulb out of the system to make sure I can activate me home via another way.
What else can I do to make this work again?
Google Home Hub.
