Hopper with Sling

Does anyone have a solution to remove the Sling with Hopper from the Home app?  When I go to unlink service, it does nothing.

Thanks for reaching out — let me help you with this.

 

If you're trying to remove a device:

 

  1. Open the Google Home app.
  2. Touch and hold the device tile of the device > Settings > Remove device > Remove.

Try these steps to unlink services:

 

  • Open the Google Home app.
  • At the top left, tap the Add > Videos.
  • Select  a streaming service > Tap Unlink > Unlink account.

Thanks for getting back to us and thanks for trying those steps. Have you tried clearing the cache and data of your Google Home app then, reinstalling it? If you're getting the same result, try creating a new home structure and move your active devices there.
