ok, my account its self changed to spanish i've incldued a screen shot. I did not make this change. I do speak spanish but it is extremely difficult to understand what nest is saying in spanish. thats why we usually leave it in english.
I need it to be in english.
I did name the nest "casa" which is the spanish word for home, I sincerely hope that this company did not just read the name of the device and decide to arbitrarily change the ENTIRE account to spanish. A spanish dialect that I do NOT understand. I am esentially locked out of my account.
please explain, or change my account back to english.
