Anyone else frustrated with the terrible support by Google Nest? I have been a Google customer for years.
They sent me a camera that has connectivity issues. When I tried to get help they said it was faulty and sent me a replacement unit.
In the meantime I sorted the problem out after hearing from others in this community about "workarounds". Spent about 6hrs of my time resolving the issue
I had to return the replacement unit they sent me. I have the tracking information from UPS showing it was received by Google. Now they are billing me saying they did not receive it.
On top of it all, their customer support contact app is not working.
Unbelievable.
How do you get their attention???
