My email address is verified, but for some reason I can't respond to my own post (https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Speakers-and-Displays/ZOOM-option-missing-under-Video-amp-Voi...). I'm receiving the following error. I'm concerned as I 've noticed this forum has closed some threads after only a couple weeks of inactivity.
Here's the warning I'm receiving:
"Sorry, either you cannot reply to this topic or you have not verified your email address by clicking on the verification link in the email we sent you when you registered. If you did not receive an" (the error message seems to be cutoff).

I think the community specialist's close threads when they think they are resolved or the original poster doesn't reply for a week or so to keep the forum current.
I am just a normal user myself that has earned the product expert status.
Yes I would recommend opening a new post with your issues, giving it a descriptive title and as much relevant information about your issue as is possible 👍
