So this isn't a customer support form this is a community forum made up of members of the public like myself. Saying this I suspect if you added the funds in one country and then changed countries you wouldn't be able to withdraw. Were the funds added in the US if you're in the US currently? Have you changed your country address in your Google account settings?

My payment profile is already USA. And for the play balance was added in $USD and i have used balance before to purchase many things but now i cant use it.

Yes i am currently there and i even i tried to purchase from different device but the trial failed.

That's odd, if all settings are set to USA and you are there it should work. Best bet is to contact Google pay support directly ,

Sorry to hear that you're still having this issue. I would suggest speaking with someone in the Google Play Community as I stated previously as I'm unable to do anything here.

Thanks I have seen it and i have opened a new ticket again with Google CS and hope they solve my issue as it is now almost 11 days and still no valid solution from them

Thank you for your message. And i am still in favor of your immediate support and help as Google CS replies are so non sense however i have clarified many times and i am still receiving same replies every time.
So honestly i dont know what to do.
