I have one home, but two on my Nest account. How do I delete the one that we don’t use please?

Note: If you sign in to the Nest app with a Google Account, we instead recommend that you remove your home in the Google Home app. This will remove the same home from the Nest app as well.

If you’re the owner, removing a home from the Nest app will also remove:

  • Any Nest products that have been added to the home from the app
  • Anyone that you’ve invited to share access from the home
  1. At the top-left corner of the app home screen, tap Menu down arrow.
  2. Select the home that you want to remove.
  3. At the top-right corner, tap the Settings cog.
  4. Select Home info.
  5. Tap Leave home.
  6. Tap Leave to confirm.

Important: You’ll need to cancel any active subscriptions separately when you remove a home in the Nest app.

Thanks for your help, but I don’t want to delete the entire account, just the second version of my home which is not in use. Could I do that without starting the whole thing again from scratch please?

The steps I shared don't delete your account, it deletes that "home" in the Nest app.
