Invites to new Google Home - Can see all my other Home devices on it. Why?

We have a Nanny who created a google home for us to join so we could see our son on camera while he is there. When we join the home, and go to devices, all our personal devices also show up. Why is that? Can the nanny also see all of our devices?

I'm assuming the camera is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your devices? Do they show under "local devices" I'm guessing?
