I have been using Bring app to add items to my shopping list through my Google Home which worked fine for a while but I now get a message “I’m sorry I can’t do that right now”. Bring is still selected in Google Home as my default list.
Nothing has changed on my wifi and I am logged in to the same Google account on my phone, Bring and Google home.
Any ideas?

Hi, apparently I found a temporary solution, if you are selecting to not sync your list with any other service, the problem is going away, I will use this solution until the will fix this problem

Surely this then means the list is not updated elsewhere so when I go shopping with my phone, my list is not up to date…?

if you are not choosing any service, google assistant will use its native shopping list, it is ugly and very simple, but at least it is a list

I have linked Bring, it appears on my Google Home app as the default list and within the app I can see all my different lists on Bring with the correct items. The problem is with the voice command to my Home speaker which is not recognised.

yes I had bring as well, but for now, for some reason is not working, when I ask to add something it replies: "I’m sorry I can’t do that right now”, so for now I'm using the basic shopping list of google assistant while this problem is going away and I hope soon

Google need to provide a solution then.
