What camera do you have, and are you trying to install it using the correct app (the Google Nest app vs. the Google Home app)?

@Paul1948, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, what error messages do you see? You may share your screenshot here. You may also try resetting your Nest Camera to the factory default. Let us know how it goes.
