Login through the google home app (Harman Kardon Citation One)

Hi All,

 
I’ve seen many posts related to this issue but can’t find any with a definitive answer.
 
My Citation One keeps asking me to login through the app.
 
As a good husband i listened to that and checked the app. All fine. Restarted the device, all fine. 
 
Few hours later she started again ‘login through …..’
 
Factory resetted the device. All fine. Again a few hours later ‘login through …..’
 
Network is fine as the device is online when this happens.
 
What else can i try?. This is driving me nuts and it’s happening for weeks now.

Hi there Maurice DL,
I'm sorry for the late response, but wanted to hop in here cause I see you're having issues with your Harman Kardon Citation One Speaker. Definitely understand how that could be frustrating, but I want to see if we can help. 
 
I did some research on this and suggest reaching out to their customer and product support since their product is continually giving you issues.
