I can’t migrate from my Nest account to a Google account because my Googe account already has a Nest account connected.
No, it hasn’t. I even tried deleting my home in the Googe home app but still not possible. How do I delete everything thing linked to my Google home account and migrate my Nest account?
This just oozes technical incompetence from the software engineers. WTF, how hard can this be?

This is what Google Nest Help says about the "Google Account is already linked to another Nest Account" error message:
(Scroll down to " Troubleshoot account migration issues.") (Maybe the rest will also be of some assistance.)
I don't have any explanation for what happened or why Google Nest thinks your account is already migrated. I'm just another customer but see postings regularly about this issue.

I have google nest hub and battery operated voice and talk doorbell in my google home app but when I tried getting my google nest smoke and co in my google home app set up told me I had to put in in nest account so I downloaded that and can't find the migrate button in the settings so it says it is already migrated but it is not. I need to get the google nest smoke and co protect in my google home app and have all three items in one place but it is not allowing me too. I need help.

By "Nest smoke and co" I believe you mean the Nest Protect. As part of Google Nest's 2-app solution, the Nest Protect is installed in the Google Nest app and cannot be accessed in the Google Home app.

The "Migrate" option is intended for Nest Accounts set up before Aug. 19, 2019. If you started using the Google Nest app after that, you don't need to migrate (and cannot):
