My key code doesn’t work any more with Nest. I keep getting shuttled between Nest and Google Home.

I just migrated Nest to Google and now I can’t unlock my front door anymore. Super annoying. I keep getting pushed back and forth between Nest and Google Home.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I can imagine this has been quite frustrating for you! I would love to look into this further for you. 
  • Is it just your lock that is giving you pushback?
  • Have you tried to restart, or factory reset your Nest x Yale lock?
  • How long ago did you migrate over to Google Home App?
  • What other troubleshooting steps have you done?
