Nest APP problems

I have an IPhone 13pro, an IPad and a Macbook.  I have several cameras (indoor and outdoor), several nest protects and a nest thermostat all at 3 different locations.  Suddenly, I cannot log into the nest app on my iphone or ipad and am unable to add another nest protect or outdoor camera via them..  This has been going on for a week or so.  Two calls to nest techs have netted me nothing.  I specifically use the nest app.  I have had no prior issues with this and have used nest for years.  Logins indicate that the nest app cannot communicate--try again later or it is not connected to internet which clearly is not the case.  I can log on via my macbook however am unable to add products that way. Any ideas??

There have been a number of posts in this forum in the last day or so reporting that people cannot log onto the Google Nest app or are getting a message saying the Nest service is not available. It is not happening to everyone, and for some customers it happens on one phone and not another, or on one Google account and not another.

So far, Google Nest has not acknowledged there is a problem.

I am having the same issues. We have multiple devices in our home and I can not access anything from the Nest app. I even tried uninstalling the app, restarting device and installed the app on other devices, all with no luck

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. There was an issue that impacted customers to log in to the Nest app, but this should be resolved now. Let us know if you're still experiencing this let us know by updating this thread.
