I can't subscribe to Nest Aware. I get the error message that account migration is in progress and to try again later. The message has persisted for several months. I have tried on the app as well as on the web. The option to sign up for Nest Aware does not appear for me in the app. On the web I get the above message. Any help is appreciated.

I reached out to Nest Aware Premier Care and after troubleshooting, the engineers were able to fix my account after a few days and the purchase went through. Thank you!

Do you know how to get an email to reset your password from Nest?My sister has tried through the app and at nest.home.com and she never gets the email. It isn't in a junk folder. She cannot reset her chime through the google home app for her doorbell and needs to get back into her nest account. She's so frustrated and I said I'd try to help her get an answer. Please let me know if you can help.
