Nest App Crashing

Impossible to view camera footage in the app without it crashing. The problem seems to be getting worse - it started as just being unable to look at historical footage, but note freezes as soon as the app is opened making it impossible to respond to someone ringing the doorbell.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the Google Nest app?

If that does not work, you could try contacting Support:

There is no "Clear Cache" option in iOS for the iPhone under Settings | Nest.
