Nest App crashing on iOS

nest app version 5.69.1.1

iOS version 16.1

Firstly when your app updates could it please stop loosing all account details.

Secondly the app is unstable and constantly crashes, I can't get it to control the heating currently and trying to debug where the issue lies is impossible when the app isn't stable.

Please confirm when this will be resolved.

There don't seem to be any posts about the Google Nest app version 5.69.11 being unstable, or Google Nest app updates losing account settings. What if you just deleted and re-installed the Google Nest app to see if that resolves your issues?
