Hi, I have 2 Nest E thermostats. Both are connected to internet:
Under Setting > Technical info, I have this information for network:
#1: 787 ms ping (this Nest E can connect to Nest)
#2: 0 ms ping (this Nest E cannot connect to Nest)
Both thermostats are setup exactly the same and both confirmed on network. No restrictions.
I have reset the #2 thermostat, restarted router and wireless, but no luck sofar. Please help.
