Nest app doesn't show the weather and time correctly.

Hi.

 

I live in Korea and I use nest thermostat 3rd gen from 5 years ago. It was convenient to check the weather of my home on the Nest mobile app. However, since the end of last year, the weather at home has only been sunny and the temperature is not displayed. The time is also displayed in Nest Hello in America time.

 

I think it's broken that the time zone and the weather were linked to each other according to the location, but I hope you can fix it quickly.

Yes, i need.

I tried to check my home address at Setting > Home Info > Address in nest app and also nest thermostat.

I can see the KST timezone in nest thermostat. But cannot in nest app.

In the past, my home address zip code were automatically recognized as 463400, but now it's recognized as 13332. The Korean postal code system has been changed from 6 digits to 5 digits and seems to have not been updated on Google.

Hey there, 

Sorry to hear that you're still having these issues. I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app. What other troubleshooting steps have you take to try and fix the issue?
