Locked out of the Nest app. No warning other than "e-mail or password may be entered incorrectly." E-mail is correctly entered. Password reset e-mail fails after multiple attempts. Aaaargh!

Thanks. However, after all the excitement died down, I discovered that my dear spouse had migrated everything to Google Home. Once that was known, everything sort of fell into place🤩
