Nest app showing my thermostats offline

I had 2 Thermostats connected to my nest app.  I checked it today and they are showing offline on the app. However the thermostats are showing that they are connected to a account.  How do I find out what account they are connected to?  I also noticed that the app is asking me to log in using my google account, but Im a G-suite user and it wont let me.

Hi TonyShirt,

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

At the moment, you cannot see the email address where your thermostat is connected to. The way to get it back is to perform a complete factory data reset and set it up using the regular Gmail account.
