Nest app won't let me change schedule times

I have a Nest cam, older DropCam model.

 
It has always worked fine, but for some reason I can't customize the times in the scheduling feature.
 
When you add a time, there's an expandable section for time on and time off.
 
I open those, there's a time listed, and if you click on that it just closes the section. 
 
Any idea how to fix this?

I'm so sorry for the late response, but I'm happy to look into this for you. Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your schedule times, I know that can be frustrating, but I'm happy to check this out. 
 
I have done some research on this, and I found this article that might help if you review this. 
I'd also like to know what troubleshooting steps you have taken so that we can get to the root cause of what might be happening.

  • The article doesn’t help.  You need to fix the app.

I have this problem too. The solution is to use a desktop computer. I used my Windows machine, logged into my Nest account and changed the schedule there. Google didn’t take the extra time to make sure the scheduling interface works on iOS.

You are correct, it is the app and the scheduling cannot be edited. I will try from  my Mac desktop. Very disappointing.

I can't even do it from the web app ;-(
