I can no longer log into nest app on my iPhone or iPad. I still receive notifications when the cameras see anything. My partner has an iPhone & has no problems. Any ideas?

Hard to say without more details, but the first step I would suggest would be remove the nest app from your phone, reboot, and reinstall the app. Sometimes a Cached setting can cause issues.

I’ve reset iPhone & iPad. Uninstalled app. Applied latest iOS. Still can view on google home (not able to access history). When app opened, prompt to sign in with google(only ever signed in with google). Select prompted account to sign in. Something went wrong displayed on next screen. Then
400. That’s an error.
The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That’s all we know
is displayed.
what’s your thoughts?

Try by going into iOS settings - WiFi- (Network settings) - and toggling Private Addressing to off. Reboot your phone and test if it works..may be the iOS routing causing the issues..this has happened in the past as well

the issue rectified itself after a couple of days. I kept making attempts to log on & once it worked I’ve had no issues since.
