5 days my phone app is off line..thermostat working fine..I tried resetting app (uninstall and reinstall) and resetting nest thermostat..still phone says off line..powered off phone and back on..nothing...why??

Thanks for reaching out and for trying those steps already. 

 

Just to confirm, is it showing offline only on your phone or is it offline across all mobile devices or computers? If unsure, could you try logging into https://bit.ly/3gW4i8w on a computer's browser if you have one?
