Nest aware subscription applied to wrong home. How do I get this changed? Tried fix dated 7/1, no go

Tried fix dated 7/1 /21. No success. Have wrong home applied to Nest Aware subscription. At a dead end. Fix suggestions not matching up with equipment displays. Current Google Home app. Need this fixed, help!

Hi there, Doug.
I am sorry that your Nest Aware subscription was added to the wrong account! I am afraid we cannot transfer a subscription, so you will need to cancel your subscription and start a new one on the correct one. I have a great article that goes over that process, and should answer your questions about pricing, etc.
