I am paying my monthly subscription for best aware although my cameras are still only recording previous 3 hours. My app is indicating my subscription has ran out, although when I go to renew it indicates that I have the subscription and next payment at the end of January. I can’t figure it out and getting really frustrating.
Is your Nest Aware subscription set up for the same Google Nest "home/structure" where your cameras are located, and under the same Google Account? You should be able to see the Google Nest "home/structure" for your subscription by selecting your subscription on this page: https://store.google.com/subscriptions
You should also be able to see the Nest Aware subscription in the Google Nest app or the Google Home app by selecting Settings | Nest Aware. You should also be able to see the subscription that is active for each camera by going to the camera in the app and selecting Settings | Nest Aware.
