Nest iOS App Loses Connection to Nest Service

Going into the Nest app on iOS (currently v15.1.1, but happened on all prior versions too), I get the message below as I move through the app trying to adjust the thermostats.  It happens frequently.  My wifi system is a combination of the new Google Nest Wifi devices and the original to extend signal throughout the house.  Any solutions?

Hey there, 

Thanks for letting us know about this issue with the Nest app and iOS 15, I know it can be confusing, but I'm happy to help provide some clarification. 

We have received several of these reports from users on the community and have sent this to our engineering team. They will be investigating this and I will provide further information as I receive more.
