Nest learning thermostat

I am away, my thermostat shows it was over 30 days without WiFI, now it is connected but the APP shows it is OFF LINE.

Need to fix this issue.

Worth noting you won't be able to do most of the steps remotely, and will need to physically be with your thermostat.
