New phone, not getting motion notifcations now

Just got a new iPhone, got everything set up (presence aware working great!) and previously (on old phone) I was getting notifications when there was motion. (Dogs at home) I've gone through about every tutorial and for some reason I'm not getting any notifications. There is motion (I can see it all in the history), just no notifications. Any ideas? I'm pretty tech-savvy but I can't figure this one out! THANKS! I have both a Google camera and a Nest Camera.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, is the Airplane or Do Not Disturb mode turned off or on? Did you try to use a different mobile device? Is this issue constant or intermittent? Try turning off and on the notification option and the categories under the motion detection like the people and vehicles. You may also try using a different mobile phone to check the difference.
