Checked spam filter not hitting spam filter.

Added accounts.nest.com and nest.com to the whitelist on the spam filter.

Still no email.

Please provide some next steps.

Try calling Google Nest Customer Care at 1-855-469-6378.  I was not receiving an email to change my password.  I called this number, and the lady on the other end, I guess, manually sent me the email, and she stayed on the line with me while I made the change.  I was good after that.

I had forgotten my Nest password.  I found this out when I wanted to get another Nest camera going.  I couldn't do it because I couldn't remember my password.  When I tried to change my password, a bunch of times, I never received any emails to make the change.  I finally called 1-855-469-6378, Google Nest Customer Care.  I didn't know anything about migrating from Nest to Google.  I don't think I did any of that.  But, the lady on the other end manually sent the email to my gmail email account.  I never used that email account, but that is the email account she sent it to.  I am thinking you have to have a gmail account.  She stayed on the line with me while I was messing around, trying to get on that account I never used.  She stayed on the line with me until she made sure I received the email, and while I changed my password.  I was good after that.  Try calling that number.

You have to talk to someone so that they can manually send you the email.  You won't get it done asking questions on here.  Call 1-855-469-6378 and speak to someone.  I have been through it.

Can someone help me please I was unable to log into account as Nest google was not letting me update with a new password so I thought I would just add a new account to the camera.  I have scanned the camera in and now it is saying that I have to remove the device as it is already linked to my account.  But I am unable to do this as I'm unable to get onto my account so I am in a right mess
