Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. I'd like to help. Did you recently delete your Nest account, or have you received an email from Nest that asks to confirm your account's deletion?


Check out the guide below:


  1. Please check the following.
    • Spam folder
    • Promotions folder
    • Junk or Trash if their email filters junk mail directly to the trash
  2. Try the following steps.
    • If your mail service uses one, add to their allowlist. The steps on how to do this step vary based on your Internet Service Provider (ISP). If you can't find the steps on how to do this with a simple Google search, then contact your ISP for help with the process.
      1. Some email domains may have an anti-spam feature that could block legitimate emails from Nest inadvertently. If you added to your allowlist, you should receive the verification email.
      2. Known domains which block Nest emails at the server level: and
    • If you still can't receive emails after you added to your allowlist, contact your ISP or email provider.
