One of my speakers is not connecting properly to Home app. I cannot add it to a group etc

I have done a factory reset, unplugged, stopped the app, restarted my phone... 

I managed to add it to groups but it disappeared again. 
I cannot select it to play the same media as another speaker. 
When it is playing, it does not appear in the app as being active.

Hi Emily,  try adding a speaker to a group only before or after playing music. If you add it while the music is playing, the newly added speaker will not work
