I kept getting same response hold down both start button. Then it clears history. Checked with others with the same complaint no fix. We bought unit for Christmas only last 6 months.warranty expired.?sent unit back and just received back with no note and no cord?!!! What the heck!

What Google Nest device do you have?
It seems quite bizarre for Google Nest to simply send back to you your warranty return--and without the cord.

In the meantime, if you're lucky, a Google Nest Community Specialist may weigh in on this thread and ask you for a case number in order to follow up.
