Trying to sign into the Nest App and says username or password is incorrect. I have tried to reset my password but I do not get the email to reset. I am NOT using a gmail account nor do I want to. I went back thru my emails and I reset it just fine 2 months ago so I know I have the right email and I am pretty certain I have/had the right email. I tried to reset the password multiple times but never get the link to reset it which I have done multiple times in the past. this is getting really frustrating. PLEASE HELP
Sorry to hear that you're not receiving the password reset email, I understand this can be frustrating but I'm happy to help. Have you tried putting Nest in your whitelist on your email account? If you're using a different domain, I would suggest setting up a gmail account as the emails go to those accounts without any issues.
