1) I changed phones
2) I changed my email address in my account online
3) I forgot the **bleep** password - I hit the reset password and am not getting the reset link.
4) I've read the threads here but they are UNCLEAR.
5) I have a gmail account
6) Nest indoor camera for my **bleep** dog.
7) Please post clear instructions on how I can fix this issue. It shouldn't be this **bleep** hard!.

Hi, Have you reset pasword? I did not change my email, but changed my phone no. The security code is going to old device which I don't have accesss
