Cannot sign in, not receiving reset email

Sorry about your login troubles. I'm sure that's frustrating to deal with. I would be happy to help you out. I have some questions to help us sort out what might be going on.

  • Are you able to log in on some devices but not others, or is it impossible to access your account from anywhere?
  • Have you set up any alternate recovery options, such as a phone number?
  • When you have the reset email sent, is that to reset the password, or are you doing an account recovery?

If you can let me know a bit more about what is happening, I'm sure we can work this out for you.
