Subscription cancelled by Google best for non payment but I was charged $150 annual fee

I received an email from Google that my nest subscription had been cancelled and all my video just was deleted. I reviewed and this is correct. However I was billed $150 automatically renewed and it was paid. Now I can not reach anyone live to discuss to have my account restored as it was paid on time.
