Hi
When I try to set up through the nest app, the app suggests the thermostat is requires a software update. When I go to the thermostat it tells me I have the latest software 😔 so my question any plans for software upgrade in NZ or is there another way around this? I tried to set up through Google Home, but got so far before it pushed me to Google Nest

Hey there,
Sorry to hear you're still having issues with this, but I'm happy to help.
Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app or have you tried doing a Factory Reset for the Nest Thermostat?
Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi Garrett
yes I tried both options. Please can you confirm the temperature sensor works with the thermostat with the software in New Zealand?
