My phone was stolen a couple of months ago and since then I have been unable to get the Nest app to install my new phone so I can operate my theremostat from it. How to I get the old phone disconnected and connect the app to my new phone?

Just a quick question to better understand what you want to do, will you be using the same email address as the one you have on your old phone's Nest app? If yes, are you able to login to the Nest app of your new phone successfully?
Tell me more so I can check the best steps to provide.
