Hi ihave 2nd gen home hub, and have purchased tcp smart plugs, i have downloaded app link it to my home hub app. I can control manually but cannot get to work with voice control. Any suggestions please.

Same here. All worked perfect upuntill last Monday. Suddenly I cannot control individual smart switches. Have tried a lot:
I am out of options, who can support?

@jonb1, thanks for posting. That certainly hasn’t been easy for you. Let’s check what’s going on. Have you tried the steps HenriNL provided?
@HenriNL, thanks for trying that. Sorry that you are still experiencing the issue. On the other hand I am glad that other features are working. Try doing this command and see if it will make a difference. “Hey Google, sync my devices”

Forgot to mention that resync did not work either.
Update: I am suspecting double language. My default setting is English but I speak Dutch. Some devices I can "Turn on <x>" and "Turn off <x>" but not "Doe <x> aan" and "Doe <x> uit". Will investigate further.

It is indeed double language, something has changed there unfortunately. First English, second Dutch stopped working. Removing Dutch as second language and setting first language to Dutch makes my family happy (but me not, I prefer English).

To make sure, when you add the English as a secondary language is it still working? Have you tried changing the language and region on your phone?
