Want to update nest account phone number, and don’t have access to the original phone number or email for verification. Please help!!!

Thanks for reaching out. 

I'm afraid that if you don't have access to the old phone number or the verification email anymore, there's not a way to have the phone number associated with the account. It's best that you reset your Nest devices to their default settings instead then set them up to another email address that you have complete access to.
