Google nest seems determined not to provide a way to make a complaint about its products received. Firstly, it takes ages to find a way to ake a complaint, and then the options open drive you to make a complaint under a different heading to that that is really needed - hence I am posting this under the heading "Nest App" rather than under a heading that refers to my wish to register a complaint. I managed to find a feedback form, but it did not collect my personal data so how can they respond to me to sort out my complaint? It appears that Google will do anything to avoid interacting with customers who have issues and improving their service/products.
Note: when I tried to submit this, it has required me to remove the words "He**Line services" (missing letter lp!).
