Wrong default music service when changing

When I put Deezer as defaault it plays Youtubes, work OK with Spotify !

To make sure, what Google Home or Google Nest you're referring to? What country are you located in? Also, was it working before?

 

Try reinstalling your Deezer and Google Home app. Relinking your Deezer account might help too.

I am in France, it was working first then keep staying on Youtubes when I an on Deezer; I've tried both but still the same   issue.

TRied on other device as well same probleme, is there a way to reset from my Google account and start new ? thank's

Hey there,

 

You can do a factory reset to erase previous data on your Google Home. Also, try logging out from your Deezer account.

Thanks for the update. Could you tell us what Google Home speaker you have? Please provide us the cast firmware version of your device.

 

  1. Make sure the customer's mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as the speaker or display.
  2. Open the Google Home app.
  3. Press and hold the device’s tile.
  4. Select Settings > Device information.
  5. Find Technical information > Cast firmware: X.XXX.XXXXX.
