I am planning on setting up a google home device of some sort for a blind man who needs to make phone calls via the device. I have an iphone and it looks like I can still get the google app to set up the device for him, however, I need to add his contacts so he is able to call them by saying CALL "persons name" .... the instructions on here say about syncing contacts from your android phone or tablet however we have no android device.. just my iphone. Can I add his contacts using my iphone or do I need an android device? In which case I wont be able to help this man. 😞
I definitely understand the need to make phone calls with your devices, and want to be able to help you and your friend.
I was able to find a couple articles that will help you to set up the ability to make calls through your devices. I would probably start with the first article as it shows you how to sync the contacts in your iPhone with your google device.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
