billing how do I cahnge my options billing is too high

I have had my nest cameras and thermostats for years I was always paying close to 20.00-30.00 a month for 4 thermostats and 5 cameras two locations once google took over my bill doubled and i would like to see my options for lowering the bill but it seems rather difficult to find any information

They are sending me in a look too.  Google charged me over $210 and I do not know what for.  I cannot speak to anyone to stop this charging.
