can't sign on to my nest app

Hi I cann't sigin in to my nest app through my google account , also ggogle is not sending me an email to reset my password

A few questions — are you getting a message when signing in to your Nest app? If yes, what is it? Also, are you signing in through the "Sign in with Google" option or the "Sign in with Nest" one?
