Cannot log in to Google to open and control nest from mobile phone.

• What is the exact error message you're seeing?
• Is the issue related to your password?
• Do you have two-factor authentication enabled?
• Have you tried accessing your account through the Google Home website?

cannot log into the nest app, unable to add my web connection, multiple issues like issues with all google products in our house.   My wife had to buy an iPhone because her Samsung phone was compromised. no customer service help from Samsung to this forced her to buy an apple phone.  Can not log into the nest on her phone.
